Creative Lead

Responsibilities

  • Develop creative ideas and story concepts for B2B & B2C content needs.
  • Lead the creative planning process from ideation through to the content plan.
  • Craft narratives, script direction, and tone of voice that are strong and relevant.
  • Collaborate with production, post-production, and marketing to produce the best output.
  • Maintain creative quality aligned with the Dramasaku vision and client needs.

Qualifications

  • No formal education requirement. Preferably minimum S1.
  • Minimum 2 years experience as Creative Lead / Creative Manager / Senior Creative at an agency, production house, or branded content company.
  • Portfolio in storytelling, scriptwriting, content campaigns, or branded content.
  • Strong visual sense and understanding of digital trends.
  • Creative, strategic, strong leadership, and able to work to deadlines.
