Responsibilities
- Plan and execute video content production using AI tools and editing software.
- Build and develop production workflows that are fast, efficient, and high-quality.
- Produce visual assets, AI-generated video, animation, and motion graphics for every project.
- Collaborate with Creative Lead & Post Production to ensure output matches the creative vision.
- Maintain technical quality, visual consistency, and deadlines for every project.
- Continuously explore the latest AI technology & tools to raise production quality.
Qualifications
- No formal education requirement. Preferably minimum S1.
- Minimum 1–2 years experience as Production Engineer / Video Editor / Videographer or a related role.
- Proficient with video tools (Adobe Premiere, DaVinci Resolve, Blender, Runway, Pika, Midjourney, or other AI video tools).
- Understands visual storytelling, pacing, and technical detail.
- Used to working quickly, adaptive, and able to manage multiple projects.
- Willing to be placed in Jakarta.
- Preferably Gen Z (under 30), creative, tech-savvy, passionate about film & AI.
